Real order
The buyer enters the order or tracking code from their confirmation. It is matched against the company's orders. One order, one review.
Real person
Before writing, every buyer passes identity checks: government ID, selfie with the document, address and phone. Duplicate and synthetic identities are blocked.
Real review
Each review is screened before it goes live: language, timing, device and order patterns. Paid, copied or off-topic reviews are not published.
Protection for companies
- Competitors and bots can't post: no order, no review
- Order codes you upload are matched automatically
- Reply publicly to every review
- Report a review for a second check
Protection for buyers
- Companies can't edit, hide or buy reviews
- Negative reviews are published like any other
- Only a pseudonym and country flag are public
