What is public
Only your pseudonym, country, rating, review text and dates. Your legal name, documents and contact details are never published and never shared with companies.
Sharing
We use carefully selected processors for hosting, email and identity verification, under written contracts. We never sell personal data.
International transfers
Where data leaves the UK, we use adequacy decisions or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
Retention
- Identity documents: deleted 90 days after verification is decided, unless needed for an open fraud case.
- Account and reviews: while your account is open, then up to 6 years for legal claims.
- Technical logs: 12 months.
Security
Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, restricted access to identity files, and regular reviews of who can see what.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawing consent. Submit a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
