What we publish, what we filter, and why.
We publish
- Honest experiences from a real order, positive or negative.
- Reviews written by the buyer, in their own words.
- One review per order.
We filter out
- Reviews without a matching order.
- Paid, incentivised or swapped reviews.
- Reviews by employees, owners or competitors.
- Hate, threats, personal data, links and advertising.
- Copied text and reviews written by bots or AI tools on someone's behalf.
Companies cannot
- Remove, edit or hide a review.
- Pay for a better rating or for placement.
- Offer rewards for positive reviews only.
- See a reviewer's identity documents.
Companies can
- Reply publicly to any review.
- Upload order codes so reviews are matched automatically.
- Report a review that breaks these rules. A second reviewer checks it.
