Delivery was 10 and they included a prepaid return label in case the size was wrong, which it was not. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. The wool slippers arrived in a proper box with shoe trees and a dust bag, which at this price I did not expect. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. Still like new. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 7.
