AustriaExactly as described
They include a planting guide for the region rather than a generic one, and the sowing rate was right. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. Exactly as described.

NetherlandsDelighted
They state the timber species and whether it is FSC certified, with the certificate number on the page. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Delighted.

Thank you. We would rather talk someone out of the wrong product than process a return. Regards, Rob

i bought a second the pruning saw on the strength of the first, and the second is identical in finish - I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. The sprayer seal has held pressure for two seasons and the spare washers were in the box. Delivery took 3, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. The rattan is properly UV-stabilised and the cushions have a removable, washable cover. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week.

The stainless steel trowel is galvanised rather than painted, so the scratches from a strimmer have not turned into rust. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did.

FranceGenuinely pleased
Support answered a question about shelving load ratings with an actual figure in kilograms per shelf. I needed to change the delievery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. Genuinely pleased.

I ordered the hardwood bench in February and it was here in 5, in time for the first dry weekend.Everything arrived in one box rather than FOUR separate deliveries over a week. The pressure sprayer came with a sharpening stone and a short sheet on how to use it.

United Kingdomkeep doing what you are doing
Solar lights are still coming on at dusk after two winters, which I did not expect at the price. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. They sent a replacement spring for the secateurs free when I mentioned the original had gone soft. Keep doing what you are doing.
