SwitzerlandI ordered the hardwood bench in February and it was here in 5, in time for the first dry weekend.Everything arrived in one box rather than FOUR separate deliveries over a week. The pressure sprayer came with a sharpening stone and a short sheet on how to use it.
Thank you for the five stars. Enjoy the first wash, it only gets softer. - Josh
United KingdomSolar lights are still coming on at dusk after two winters, which I did not expect at the price. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. They sent a replacement spring for the secateurs free when I mentioned the original had gone soft. Keep doing what you are doing.
SpainA mi hijo de cuatro años le gusta mucho el circuito de coches. Las piezas encajan bien aunque alguna cuesta un poco. La caja venía con un pequeño golpe pero dentro todo bien
PolandNasiona warzyw i dwie donniczki do parapetu. Wszystko wzeszło, pomidorki już mają kwiaty. Nasiona w papierowych saszetkach z opisem, kiedy siać. dla początkującego ogrodnika bardzo przydatne.
Czechiathe bench arrived assembled apart froom the legs and the pre-drilled holes lined up exactly. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. i asked abt assemblnig the raised planter alone and they said honestly that it needs two people, which it did. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. Packaging was card and paper tape only, all of it recyclable, on a large and awkward item. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first.
Thanks for ordering again. Repeat customers are the whole business for us. - Rosie (support)
United StatesThe stainless steel trowel has a forged head rather than a pressed one, and it has not bent in clay soil. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. I bought a second the gardening glovs pair on the strength of the first, and the second is identical in finish. no handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. pleased I took the chance

United KingdomI ordered the pressure sprayer in February and it was here in 5, in time for the first dry weekend. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 9. The pruning saw is heavy enough not to blow over empty, which sounds obvious and almost never is. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. A rare good experience.
PolandFour years and still sharp.
AustraliaThe compost bin has a hatch at the base that actually works rather than jamming on the first use. I had a query about VAT on a business order & they sorted it within the hour. The hardwood bench has survived a storm that toook a fence panel down.
Dear Belmaro, Thank you for the review and for the recommendation to your colleagues. - Marcus (support)
ItalyThe loppers cut a thirty-millimetre branch without me putting my whole weight behind them. they honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The solar path light set has been through two winters outdoors untreated and there is no splitting or warping anywhere. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. The compost bin is wide enough to shade a table of six and the crank has not stiffened.
