We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Priya, customer care

the archival photo album opens flat to the spine because it is properly section sewn rather than glued. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. The box set arrived with all seven spines unbroken and the slipcase undamaged. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be.

NorwayMykt og godt
Pleddet er utrolig mykt og vasker fint på 30 grader uten å miste fasongen. Perfekt til sofaen i høst. Leveringstid fire dager, ingen problemer.

Thank you. We would rather talk someone out of the wrong product than process a return. Kind regards, Hannah

That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post. Katie from the shop team

United KingdomThey told me honestly that…
The planner starts on a Monday and the week is on a single spread, which is impossible to find. a missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. the ink bottle has a wide enough mouth to fill a pen without a syringe and does not drip. they told me honestly that the item would not arrrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope..
