The gardening glove pair works well; the handle however are short for angone over six foot. They were apologetic about the delay but never explained what caused it.

Faultless

Packaging was card and paper tape only, all of it recyclable, on a large and awkward item. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. Support answered a question about shelving load ratings with an actual figure in kilograms per shelf. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Faultless.

The parasol is heavy enough not to blow over empty, which sounds obvious and almost never is. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. No notes.

The seed germinated in nine days across the whole patch rather than in patches. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, wnich my accountant appreciated. The compost bin has a hatch at the base that actually works rather than jamming on the first use.

The pruning saw is excellent but assembly took three hours and the instructions were diagrams only. The confirmation email went to spam, so I spent a day thinking the order had failed. Pleased overall, although support took 12 to confirm whether spare parts existed. The checkout added a handling fee that was not shown on the basket page. The compost bin is good and the stated capacity is measured to the very brim rather than to a usable level. Delivery estimate was a four-day window, which is not much help if you have to be in. Happy, with one eye on the issue.

Sorry the dispatch email did not arrive. It was going to spam for some providers and that is now fixed. Best wishes, Rob

I will be back. .

Handles are ash w/ a proper tang going most of the way through, not a plastic socket. They told me honestly that the ittem would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. i will be back :(

The greenhouse shelving holds twenty metres of…

The greenhouse shelving holds twenty metres of hose without kinking at the reel, which is the usual failure. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. The lawn seed has taken a full summer of direct sun and the colour has not faded or chalked.
