took a gamble, glad i did

I run a small physio clinic and I had been burned twice by freelancers who vanished after the first invoice. This agency started with a proper onboarding call where they asked about our waiting list, wich treatments make us the most money and which patients we would rather not attract. Then came a written plan covering what would happen in month one, two and three. The first two months were quiet and they said they would be, so I didnt panic. By month four the phone was ringing for the treatments we actually wanted. Reports land on the first working day of each month, short, with a note at the top in plain words about what moved and why. The contract is rolling with a notice period and no lock-in, which is partly why I signed. I'd point any wary owner their way.

The training session is genuinely self-serve; my marketing executive set up her own views without a ticket. They ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. Our account manager has been the same person for two years and knows our business properly. The keyword research module has sensible defaults, so it was useful on day one rather than after a quarter of configuration. The API is documented with working examples and the rate limits are published rather than discovered. Easy to justify to finance. Would onboard with them again tomorrow.
