The pedal bin is sturdy and well priced; the feet are hard plastic and scratch a worktop if you drag it. Support were polite but it TOOK three emails to get a straight answer. Good value, but one glass arrvied with a chipped rim and the replacement took threeee weeks.

Thanks for telling us about the smell on arrival. That finish has been changed and the new stock does not have it. Anna, customer care

The stand mixer has a replaceable gasket and they sell the gaskets separately, which is the whole reason I bought it. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. Genuinely heirloom quality.

We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Lucy

United Statespleased overall
Ordered a set of bamboo placemats for my small dining table. They look natural and wipe clean. The edges are slightly rough in one corner but a bit of sandpaper sorted it.

I measured the drop on the curtains three times before ordering and they arrived exactly as specified, lined and weighted at the hem. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. I asked a qestion about heat limits and got a straight technical answer from someone who clearly cooks. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 9. Delivered in 3 and the box was labelled fragile on all four sides, which the courier evidently respected. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. A keeper.

United Statesgeets the job done
The garlic press is chunky and strong. Needs a firm squeeze but crushes whole cloves without peeling them. not dishwasher friendly according to the instructions, which is a minor pain

AustriaBestellung gelungen
Das Parfum hält den ganzen Tag, ich wurde schon zweimal danach gefragt. Nach vier Tagen geliefert, gut gepolstert im Karton. Das ist mal eine erfreuliche Erfahrung.
