SpainMy grandmother's gingerbread recipe needs a particular square tin with high sides and I could not find one anywhere. I wrote to the shop and got a reply listing the two sizes they stocked and the depth of each. I picked the 20 cm and it fit the recipe exactly. It came in a protective sleeve and nothing was scratched. The bake was a success, and the smell took me straight back to her kitchen. Many thanks for the careful answer.
United KingdomArrived smashed, no reply.
Sorry the sizing was so far out. That supplier shipped us a run cut to the wrong pattern. We are recalling the batch, your return is free and the refund is already paid. — Chloe, Warehouse Manager Sophie @ support
MexicoLids actually seal. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. Quiet, fast, no plastic smell. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. The linen duvet set has a replaceable gasket and they sell the gaskets seperately, wich is the whole reason I bought it. Better than I expected.
ItalyScaffale semplice da montare. Mancava una vite, ma me l'hanno spedita in due giorni SENZA discutere. Appezzata la rapidità.
South AfricaAfter 3 of daily use the non-stick surface still releases an egg with no fat at all. Delivery took 14, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. The electric kettle goes in the dishwasher as promised and after sixty cycles the finish is unmarked.
United KingdomI asked a question about heat limits and got a straight technical answer from someone who clearly COOKS. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 2.
PhilippinesSimple, solid, no nonsense.
United KingdomThey sent a handwritten note with the order and it did not read like a template. They emailed a one-hour delievery window the morning of and hit it. The linen softened afteer three washes exactly as they said it would and now it is the only bedding I want. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want.
United KingdomSmall thing, big mood.A drying mat that folds. It soaks up water, goes in the washing machine and looks decent. Bought it for the new student flat and it has survived three flatmates.
Thanks for the feedback on the fit guide. Comments like yours are how we built it. Kind regards, Amira
United StatesThe glass jug is lovely and pours cleably. The measuring lines on the side are very faint, so I have to hold it up to the window to read them. Otherwise im pleased.
