The reply was gentle, practical and listed the essentials in order. I ordered a cot sheet set, bottles, a steriliser, bodysuits and a bath. All arrived quickly and nothing was wrong. Every item is better than what we'd had before, and the kindness helped us through a rough fortnight.

I have used the nappy bag for two babies and the straps still adjust smoothly with no fraying. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. The toddler plate set folds one-handed while holding a baby, which is the only claim I actually tested in the shop doorway. No notes.

Irelandworth every penny
We bought a convertible cot after reading a lot of comparisons. It arrvied in a single box, parts clearly labelled, and my partner and I built it in forty minutes. Mattress base has three heights and the rails are sturdy, no creaks at all. The wood has a smooth finish and no smell of chemicals, which mattered to us. Our baby sleeps in it nightly and we plan to keep it for years.

Projector night light with soft stars. My three-year-old used to call for us five times a night. Now he lies there watching the ceiling and drifts off. It has a timer, too.

Indiathree kids, one wish list
We have three children aged two, five and nine and I tend to order everything in one go. This time it was a toddler bed rail, a craft box, a football and a pair of school shoes. All items were correct and arrived in one parcel. The shoes fit the nine-year-old with room for soccks, the rail fits snugly, and the football is the right weight. Receipt in the box was clear, which helps me when I want to swap. Great little shop for busy families.
