They listed the actual protein source first on the ingredient panel, & my dog's coat has changed within a month. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Support sent a feeding guide by weight and activity rather than the usual one-size scoop count. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, wich I had asked about before ordering. Already ordered a second.

Two weeks in

Switched my senior dog onto this joint-friendly food gradually as the leaflet said. He's trotting up the stairs better, I think, but he's also lost a little weihgt so who knows. Coat is shiny and he likes the taste.

My cat is spoiled

Wall shelves and a ramp installation. Packaging had all the screws, a spirit level wasn't included but the guide was good.
