The reporting dashboard has sensible defaults,…

the reporting dashboard has sensible defaults, so it was useful on day one ratehr than after a quarter of configuration. The implementation consultant knew our industry and corrected two assumptions we had been working from for years. Genuinely a partner.

the training session has never lost data, never surprised us with an price rise, and never needed a workaround .. They ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. Would onboard with them again tomorrow.

Support asked me to call, then fixed it

I was stuck with a permissions puzzle afteer hiring two juniors. The agent hopped on a quick call, explained roles in plain language, and it was sorted in ten minutes. They followed up the next day to check it was still working.

Flexible permissions

two quarters, as promised

onboarding took eleven days from contract to first report, & they did the data migration themselves. Our organic revenue are up by an third over nine months and I can trace which pages did it.

The recurring invoice feature is gold

Subscription clients get billed on the first of the month without me touching it. If a card fails, I'm pinged. That alone covers the cost.
