IrelandGreat engraving
My handwriting turndd into a pendant. They kept the loops and slants. I am amazed at how faithful it is.

IrelandNo tarnish in a year
No tarnish in a year. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The silver chain does not catch on knitwear because the setting sits low and the edges are rounded. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. The automatic watch came with the hallmark, a certificate and the weight in grams, so I know exactly what I bought.

La taza que pedí llegó con un pequeño despostillado. Me ofrecieron cambio pero preferí quedármela con descuento.

United Arab Emiratestwo replacements, same fault
Both earrings in the pair are visibly different sizes. I was charged twice, and the dupliccate has still not been refunded after 2.

Hi Khalid, I am sorry the unit failed so quickly. It was a bad batch of cells and we knew about it; you should have been contacted. You have not been charged and a replacement is on its way. — Rajiv, Technical Support

Silver and white dial, easy to read. The crown is a little small for big fingers!!!

Sorry the suction failed on a textured table. We now say so on the product page rather than claiming it works everywhere. Thanks again, Sophie

Fair comment on the cable length. We now include the longer cable as standard. Kind regards, Dan
