The wireless earbud set are well BUILT and the port placement on the back is awkward against a wall. They were apologetic about the delay but never explained what caused it. Good screen, flimsy buttons. I would recommend it with that caveat.

United KingdomDelighted
The hard drive runs silent and cool and has not clicked once in two years of nightly backups. Delivery took 3, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. Suppkrt diagnosed a fault by asking for a log file rather than telling me to turn it off and on again . Delighted.

South AfricaI have no criticism at all
The keys have a proper metal plate underneath so there is no flex when u type hard. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. I have no criticism at all.

Arrived dead. Nothing works.

Apologies for the leak. Those bottles were packed upright in a box designed for them to lie flat. We have changed the box, replaced your order and refunded the items it ruined. — Ben, Dispatch

Franceso-so charger
Charger works but gets properly hot with my laptop. It doesn't shut off, it just gets uncomfortable to touch. I use it for my phone only now.

Thank you for flagging the colour difference. We have reshot that product in daylight and the new images are live. Thanks again, Rosie

Germanyweicher pulloveer

SwitzerlandCibo ottimo

Thanks for telling us about the smell on arrival. That finish has been changed and the new stock does not have it. - Hannah (support)

The wireless mouse came with a labelled bag off screws and a hex key that actually fits. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Keep doing what you are doing.
