im a freelance editor and keep deadlines in here. calendar feed shows up in my phone. perfect.
Tags, custom fields, email logging. i didn't need a training week.
Time logged against tasks, budget bars that warn before we overrun, and a client-friendly report. Our project margins improved since we can finally see where hours disappear.
The billing portal has never lost data, never surptised us with a price rise, and never needed a workaround. Escalation went to a named engineer rather than a queue, and the fix shipped the same week. The reporting dashboard exports clean CSV and the column names have not changed in two years of us scripting against it. Our organic revenue is up by a third over nine months and I can trace which pages did it. Our cost per acquisition has fallen by about forty per cent and they can show which changes drove it. Our team actually likes using it.
They flagged a tracking problem on our side that had been costing us data for months and fixed it without charging.Billing is a single invoice with the line items matching the contract, which sounds trivial and is not. They told us honestly that a result would take two quarters, and it took two quarters. The reporting dashboadd has an audit log, so I can see who changed a setting and when. Our account manager has been the same person for two years and knows our business properly.
Lovely to read, thank you. See you next time. Ollie, customer care
Not a tech person. Clicked around, made a task, assigned it, done. No tutorial video needed.
it felt like a big leap but wasn't. Imported my sheet, mapped columns, and my scruffy tracker turned into a pipeline with colours and due dates. i'm showing it to my team on Monday.
They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times. We moved three thousand URLs and lost four per cent off traffic for 3 before it recovered above where it started. Nothing to improve from our side.
