United KingdomThey flagged a tracking problem on our side that had been costing us data for months and fixed it without charging.Billing is a single invoice with the line items matching the contract, which sounds trivial and is not. They told us honestly that a result would take two quarters, and it took two quarters. The reporting dashboadd has an audit log, so I can see who changed a setting and when. Our account manager has been the same person for two years and knows our business properly.

United KingdomThe monthly call is useful when it happens and has been rescheduled four times. The platform is good but onboarding took 3 rather than the two weeks promised in the pitch. Pleased overall, but we had to chase the first report and it arrived 7 late.
