BrazilThe electric kettle has been in daily use for…
The electric kettle has been in daily use for eight months and has not warped, stained or discoloured once. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The glaze is food-safe and lead-free with the certificate linked on the product page, which almost nobody bothers to do. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. I ordered the ceramic dinner plate on a Thursday evening and the courier left it in the porch on Saturday morning as instructed. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door.
