I am sorry. The engraving was spelled wrong because we work from a typed field and nobody proofed it. We are remaking it at no cost and a second person now checks every personalisation. — Nadia, Workshop Regards, Fran
GermanyThe digital thermometer arrived within 6 and the cold chain items had an ice pack and a note about refrigerating on arrival. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. Will order again.
United KingdomFibre powder, no taste in water, no fuss. Regular, wich was the point.
United Kingdomi asked whether the TENS machine interacts with a blood thinner and they told me to ask my GP rather than guessing, which is the right answer. Delivery took 14, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before.
IrelandLumbar cushion for my desk chair. Sitting through meetings feels easier now.
United KingdomThe TENS unit has an lockable intensity so you cannot knock it up by accident in a pocket. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The cuff fits a fifty-centimetre arm, which they state, and almost nobody else does. They noticed I had orderd a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. They sent a printed sheet on how to build up the acupressure time from five minutes rather than twenty.
United KingdomThe drops work well and the pipette delivers more than a single drop at a time. Packaging was fine, just an absurd amount of it for one small thing. I would order again, cautiously.
SwedenNo complaints about the product, although the expiry was only eight months out. Tracking said out for delivery for two days running before anything appeared. The blood pressure monitor is well made and it charges from a proprietary plug rather than a standard cable. Order arrived in two parts and the second part was 5 behind the first with no warning. The knee support has helped; it took about ten weeks rather than the two to three suggested. Delivery took 14 rather than the two to three days quoted at checkout. Not perfect, but good.
That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post. Best wishes, Anna
CanadaSupport talked me out of the more exensive model because the cheaper one was right for my use. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. No chalky aftertaste.
NetherlandsTake one an hour before bed, drift off easily. No grogginess in the morning for me!!
