United Kingdomi have bought the a5 planner eleven times and the papr has never once changed under the same name. they flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. replacement refills are available and are a standatd sizeeee rather than a proprietary one.
Germanythe planner starts on a Monday and the week is on a single spread, wich is impossible to find. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour.
MalaysiaPaper is thick enough that my fountain pen doesn't bleed through... Spine lies flat.
NorwayBestilte to storrelser for a vaere sikker, og returen var superenkel, bare a legge lappen i samme eske. Beholdt den storste. Pengene var tilbake pa kontoen i lopet av noen dager.
GermanyThe box set arrived w/ all seven spines unrboken and the slipcase undamaged... The driver waited while I cheeecked the box for damage, which has never happened befoe. Nothing to complain about.
United KingdomThey sent a sample sheet of three papers free before I committed to a box of five notebooks. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund lwnded in 14. The ink bottle has a wide enough mouth to fill a pen without a syringe and does not drip. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not.
United StatesOrdered picture books for my nieces and nephews. Colours bright, binding firm. The younger ones ripped the wrapping off in seconds.
GermanyFountain pen with a set of ink cartridges and a note on how to hold it. He had never used one. He's now writing postcards to everyone.
CanadaThe nib was tuned before dispatch and wrote perfectly out of the box with no adjustment. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. Better than I expected.
United KingdomWeekly layout with room for notes. Pages are smooth and the elastic band still holds after months.
