Hardback art book, heavy, nicely printed. The shop included a bookplate and a tiny bar of chocolate.

United Kingdombullet journal heaven
Dotted pages, numbered, with an index at the front. The covers are sturdy enough to survive my bag. I've filled four of these now, and there's no ghosting at all, even with markers.

The calendar has proper writing space in each day box rather than a photograph and a sliver. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. Support replaced a cracked barrel out of warranty because it was clearly a moulding flaw. i have no criticism at all.

Australiabest birthday gift ever
Bought a first edition for my dad, who has talked about it since I was small. The seller wrapped it in acid-free paper & added a letter on the book's provenance. He held it for ages before saying a word.

Bought thirty pencil CASES & a couple off sets of coloured pencils for my class.Everything came together in one carton, counted & checked, and the pencils sharpen without snapping the lead. A small thing, but it saves me real time.

i ordered the hardback notebook for a gift and they wrapped it and wrote the card by hand for nothing extra. nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. the leather pencil case has numbered pages and an index at the front, which saves me building one.
