FinlandThe sketchbook paper takes a light wash without cockling, which they claimed and I doubted. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. Beautiful object, daily use. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. Exactly as described.
United Statesfrom picking the stationery set to unwrapping it, no fuss at all.
Thanks for the feedback on the fit guide. Comments like yours are how we built it. Ollie and the team
United KingdomBought for work. Dividers are laminated, tabs havent torn.
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Warmly, Dan
United KingdomJournal with a leather cover. Smells like a library. I bought two, one to keep.
NetherlandsLies flat, stays open. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. they state the paper weight in grams and the brand of paper, so you know what you are buying. no plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. The archival photo album is the only journal I have found with dot spacing at five millimetres and a dot pale enough to disappear.
United KingdomThe paperback box set has survived a year in a rucksack and the cover corners have not frayed. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the encloosed invoice without me asking. dlivery was 3 and it came in a rigid card mailer so nothing was bent.
TürkiyeEmailed with a question about edition differences and got a real answer from a person who clearly knew the book. Ordered the older translation as they suggested. Reads beautifully.
AustraliaNib units are interchangeable and they sell them separately in four widths. Exactly what I hoped for.
Thank you Mia. Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on.
United KingdomThe pencil case is a single piece of leather with a stitched gusset, and no lining to comme lose. Packed well enoguh that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs.
Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on. Regards, Anna
i bought a stack of identical notebooks for our retreat and each of us got one. Covers in different muted colours, sturdy, with numbered pages. People still send photos of theirs filling up.
