NorwayThe ink bottle arrived with a card explaining how to flush a new pen before first use. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The A5 planner has a page marker ribbon that is long enough to actually use. Delivery took 8, exactly as quoted, with a text the eveniing before. Pleased I took the chance.
United KingdomChatty email about my order and a haaaand-signed card. Book was packed LIKE a jewel.
United StatesThe ink bottle is a hardback with a cloth spine rather than a printed paper wrap, so it has survived a wet bag. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box.
MalaysiaThe paperback box set arrived with a card explaining how to flush a new pen before first use. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. They include a sheet with the paper's specification and a swatch of how three inks behave on it.
United StatesBookmark thrown in free. It's actually pretty.
SwedenBought three crime novels from a seller's list. All clean, one with an inscription inside the cover that made me smile. Postage was lower than I expected.
Türkiyedüğün için aldım, üç gün önce elmie ulaştı. M beden tam oldu, kumaş sandığımdan kalın, renyi de fotoğraftaki gibi. Çok iltifat aldım.
Glad our answer was useful. Ask us anything, even the awkward questions. Hannah from the shop team
SpainSticky notes in a rainbow pack. They really do stick.
United StatesMy friend loved it. Wrapped with brown paper and a sprig of dried lavender.
DenmarkThe paperback box set arrived within 8, bagged against damp, in a box that had clearly been chosen for the shape. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Delighted.
