United KingdomThe ride-on toy meets the British safety standard and the certificate number is printed on the label, not just claimed on the website. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. They replaced a cracked tray without asking for the receipt because the moulding was clearly at fault.
IrelandSupport answered a question about washing a flame-retardant-free mattress at ten at night. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up.
Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. Joe, customer care
SingaporeMy six-year-old's lunch box has separate compartments and a leakproof lid. Easy for small hands to open, which is the key thing. Survived a drop from the bus steps.
CanadaWalker toy with a stable base and chunky wheels.. My son pulled himself up on it the first day, and it didn't tip. Surfaces are smooth with no splinters.
TürkiyePaket üç günde geldi, çok iyi paketlenmişti. Tişört tam bedenime oturdu, kumaşı da güzel. Tekrar sipariş vereceğim tbh
PhilippinesThe wooden xylophone sounds sweet and the colours are bright. One note was slightly off-key, which only I seem to notice. My daughter is delighted either way.
FinlandThe steriliser cycle is six minutes and it actualllly is six minutes. Delivery took 2, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. The swaddles have a proper hip-friendly cut and do not need folding into origami. They flagged that one item was delayed and offersd to split the shipmennt at no COST. A rare good experience.
FinlandBluetooth-kaiuttimen ääni on yllättävän hyvä, mutta akku kestää vain noin seitsemän tuntia luvatun sijaan.
Delighted this has held up. Do get in touch if it ever needs a spare part. Best wishes, Rob
SwitzerlandStarter set off wooden track and two engines. Compatible w/ the older set we inherited, and the pieces connect firmly. My son plays with it daily.
Thank you for saying so. We will keep doing it this way. Beth, customer care
