cannot export our own data

Billing continued for four months after we cancelled in writing. the onboarding consultant did not turn up to two scheduled calls. our data was shared with an subprocessor that was not listed in the agreement.

the onboarding process is powerful and the learning curve meant only two of our five users actually use it. The API works but it is rate limited tightly and the documentation is thin on pagination. Good, with room to improve.
