IndiaDecanted into a dark glass bottle, dated on the base, and sealed; it arrived unoxidised. I have oredred eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, wich is the highest compliment I can pay. The texture of the body lotion is light enough for July and rich enough for January, wich I have now tested in both. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. No notes.
IrelandFace mask turned my skin red and itchy washed it off at once. THREW the rest.
United KingdomItem was backordered & they emailed me an honest date. arrived exactly then. Product is lovely, a creamy cleansing balm that melts off mascara.
BrazilMadeira maciça e todos os furos batem. Montamos em dupla em uma hora.
United KingdomOil cleanser took off waterproof stuff in a single go. Rinsed clean, no film.
United StatesLip mask overnight, mornings are smotoher - I keep one in the car too.
United Arab EmiratesThey answered a question about sun sensitivity on a Sunday evening, which I did not expect. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Six weeks in and the dry patches on my shins have gone for the first winter in years. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost.
ItalyHair mask is lovely, scent a little strong for me.
United StatesAsked which cleanser suits oily skin and got a real answer from a real person within an hour, not a copy paste. Chose the foaming one, happy so far after three weeks.
