cleanser win

Oil cleanser took off waterproof stuff in a single go. Rinsed clean, no film.

They answered a question abt sun sensitivity…

They answered a question about sun sensitivity on a Sunday evening, which I did not expect. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Six weeks in and the dry patches on my shins have gone for the first winter in years. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost.

Small shop, big care

Asked which cleanser suits oily skin and got a real answer from a real person within an hour, not a copy paste. Chose the foaming one, happy so far after three weeks.

A rare good experince

The sunscreen does not laeve a white cast on medium-brown skin, and they say so honestly rather than claiming it suits everyone. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. A rare good experience.
