Subscription arrives roughly on the same day each fortnight. Different beans each time, tasting notes on the card, never been let down.

Freeze dried meals were light, rehydrated in ten minutes and tasted more like dinner than I expected. The chilli one was the winner.

United Arab EmiratesThey told me honestly that…
Nothing arrived crushed. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. The whole order arrived within 10 and the perishables were on top, cold, with the dry goods beneath. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope.

Bought the bubble tea kit for an sleepover. Eight of us made it, nobody got food poisoning, a lot of tapioca pearls ended up on the floor. Instructions were clear enough that I didn't need to help.

The preserved lemon jar arrived with the packing date stamped on the bag, four days old, whih is the whole reason I order direct. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. The sourdough starter kit is the only version my father, who is impossible about this, will drink.

Dear Jasmine, We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it.
