I ordered the quilted gilet in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turned out to be exact, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. Already ordered a second.

the collar on the denim jacket holds its shape after washing becuase there is a proper fused interlining in there. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. I am a hard fit through the shoulders and the cut on the quilted gilet is the first one in years that has not pulled across the back. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. Bought one for my sister too.

Washed the wide-leg jumpsuit at thirty degrees eight times now and it has not shrunk a millimetre against my own tape measure. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. Hems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly top and bottom !
