The oat biscuit tin is sourced from a named farm w/ the cooperative listed, which makes a difference to how it tastes and to how I feel about it. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The pasta selection has been consistent across six orders, which for a small producer is the impressive part. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once.
