AustraliaSettled in on this sofa for a film on the first night. Cushions are filled with a mix of foam and feather so they hold shape but also feel soft. I fluff them each morning like the leaflet says. It arrived wrapped in thick plastic and corner guards. The man who carried it stayed until we found the best position.

SpainPedi el cafe en grano para probar y ya he repetido dos veces. Llega fresco, con la fecha de TUESTE bien visible. Aroma intenso y nada amargo.

United StatesMy grandson picked out the bunk bed from the website for his birthday. I was worried it would be flimsy for his two and a half stone brother climbing on it. It's heavy-duty beech wood, the ladder has flat steps, and a safety rail all along the top. Putting it together took me and my neighbour a whole morning but we managed. Both boys sleep in it every night and argur about who has the top.

United StatesThe sprung mattress is well priced and the matching item I wanted was discontinued a month later. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer. Decent furniture, slow delivery.

Thanks for telling us about the smell on arrival. That finish has been changed and the new stock does not have it. Warmly, Karl

IndiaI wanted a small armchair for the landing and sent a message asking about the seat depth. Got back an answer with measurements, plus a suggestion of a footstool to match. Bought both. The fabric is a chunky weave in mustard and has stayed bobble free so far.

Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. Warmly, Ravi
BrazilThe chair adjusts in five directions and the lumbar support moves up and down, not just in and out. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. Nothing to complain about.

United KingdomWith three boys and a lot of friendds passing through the sofa had to be tough. We chose a corner sofa in a darker fabric that hides stains and tested it for four months. It has survived a spilled milkshake wrestling matches and a dog. The cushions are firm and bounce back. The shop answered a question about replacement covers and said they could be ordered individually. That reassured me. It was delivered on time, and the fitters even placed it where my wife wanted, twice.
