Chest of drawers for the baby room with rounded corners. it's solid and the drawers glide. The anti-tip strap and screws came with it, I fixed it to the wall immediately. Delivered on the morning slot and the driver even offered to take away the packaging.

the finish on the oak dining table is an oil rather than a lacquer, so the mug ring my son left sanded out in five minutes. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather thaan letting me hope. This is how it should be done.

The armchaor is heavy enough that it does not shift when u lean on it, which cheap versions always do. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Support sent extra felt pads and a touch-up pen without being asked. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The sideboard took forty minutes to assemble alone and every hole lined up on the first try. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. Bought one for my sister too.

Norwaysaved my sanity in lockdown-sized flat
our flat is small, so every piece has to work twice. I picked a daybed with a trundle underneath. It is a sofa in the day and becomes a guest bed at night. My parents visited and slept there for a week, and my father, who is fussy, said he slept well. The slats are close together and the mattress is a good depth. I assembled it with my wife over a Sunday afternoon and a pot of tea. The instructions were clear. We also got a small cushion as a gift.

Irelandgarden room dresser
Bought a vintage-look dresser for the dining room. Painted in a soft sage, the doors have tiny brass handles that feel real. I looked for dust on the shelves, and found none, it was boxed with foam inside. The only job for me was putting on the feet, wich screw in . Beautiful.

AustraliaI came back for more
Last year I bought a bedside table and loved it.. This MONTH I orderd the matching chest and a mirror. Both were in one delivery. The colour matches the older piece even though a year has passed, which is not always the case. the drawer fronts have the same soft-close action. a small gift in the box, a pack of felt pads for the feet. little touches like this make me trust a shop.
