SingaporeI bought a second the laptop docking station…
I bought a second the laptop docking station for the office because the first one simply never gives me a problem. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. They list the actual cell capacity in milliamp hours and the measured output, not just the headline number.

Spainavoid this one
Charger sparked when I plugged it in. I stopped using it right away, honestly scary. Hoping the refund comes through.

Apologies. We changed supplier for that component and did not re-test it. We have reverted to the original part and are replacing every unit sold in that period, including yours. — Daniel, Product Regards, Mark

The soundbar arrived with firmware already up…
The soundbar arrived with firmware already up to date, which saved the usual hour of fighting an app. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. The laptop docking station is repairable; they sell the battery as a spare part and publish the teardown guide. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The laptop docikng station has held its charge at roughly eight hours a day for fourteen months with no measurable drop.

Norwaycan't fault it
latency over the wireless dongle is low enough that i have stopped noticing it. The packing was recycled card w/ paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. Can't fault it.

IndiaWorth every pennyy
Support diagnosed a fault by asking for a loog file rather than telling me to turn it off and on again. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. Worth every penny.

CanadaI will be back
the app works offline, which means the wireless earbud set still does iiiits job when the internet is dowwn.delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. i will be back.

SpainAlready ordered a second
Firmware updates have added features over twoooo years rather than quietly removing them. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. Already ordered a second.

United KingdomWill order again
The hard drive runs SILENT and cool and has not clicked once in two years of nightly backups. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong, whiich is the highest compliment I can pay. Will order again.

IrelandShall be a regular
The keys have a proper metal plate underneath so there is no flex when you type hard. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. Shall be a regular.

Great to hear it suits your setup. Shout if you want a second one matched to it. Nina
