The soundbar arrived with firmware already up to date, which saved the usual hour of fighting an app. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. The laptop docking station is repairable; they sell the battery as a spare part and publish the teardown guide. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The laptop docikng station has held its charge at roughly eight hours a day for fourteen months with no measurable drop.

Support diagnosed a fault by asking for a loog file rather than telling me to turn it off and on again. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. Worth every penny.
