every detail thought through

Every item I have had from them runs true to the measurements on the page rather than to some invented house size. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. I ordered the wool overcoat in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turned out to be exact, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss. Refund was processed the same day the return was sanned, before anyone had even opened the box. They sent a swatch card free when I asked which of two shades would sit better with navy. Delivery took 3, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before.

lovely surprise

Returns labbel was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund for the size I sent back landed in 10. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door.I have recommended them to four colleagues and two have since ordered the waterproof parka on the strength of it. Very happy customer.

honest sizing for once

The stitching on the linen shirt is dense and even, with proper French seams inside rather than a raw overlocked edge. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping ususlly is not. Colour matches the photographs properly, which is rare; the mustard is actually mustard and not a washed-out beige. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 12. This is how it should be done.

two years on, still pwrfect

Asked abt the drop between chest and waist on the cotton poplin dress and got a reply with actual measurements for three sizes within the hour. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. I am a hard fit thru the shoulders and the cut on the wool overcoat is the first one in years that has not pulled across the back. Nothing rattled in transit because everytging was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose . They list the fabric weight in grams per square metre on every page, and that one detail has made me stop guessing. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately.

does what it says

The waterproof parka arrived pressed and folded in tissue, and the shoulder seams sat right where they should without any tailoring. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first . The merino cardigan came with a small bag of matching thread and two spare buttons, which is the sort of thing that buys loyalty. Keep doing what you are doing.

No stiff finish on the fabric, so it did not…

No stiff finish on the fabric, so it did not need two washes before it was wearable. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once.

they list the fabric weight in grams per square metre on every page, & that one detail has made me stop guessing. the packing was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling.

I ordered the linen shirt on a Sunday night and it was hanging in my wardrobe by Tuesday lunchtime. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The collar on the tailored blazer holds its shape after washing because there is a proper fused interlining in there. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour.

exactly as described

The lining is cupro rather than the usual slippery polyester,, so it does not cling in warm weather. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust.
