The tailored blazer arrived pressed and folded…
The tailored blazer arrived pressed and folded in tissue, and the shoulder seams sat right where they should without any tailoring. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund for the size I sent back landed in 3. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. Exactly what I hoped for.

nothing to fault
Elastic in the waistband is a wide woven band rather than a thin rolled cord, so it has not twisted in the wash. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. I ordered the tailored blazer in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turned out to be exact, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss. Very happy customer.

beautiful thing
The knit has not bobbled where my bag strap sits, which killed the last three jumpers I owned. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. They let me swap a size over the phone while the parcel was still at the depot and it went out the same evening. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. Would buy again tomorrow.

no complaints whatsoever
The ribbed knit jumper has survived a toddler, a dog and a tumble dryer I was not supposed to use, and it still looks presentable. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. Nothing to complain about.

much better than the one it replaced
Elastic in the waistband is a wide wovrn band rather than a thin rolled cord, so it has not twisted in the wash. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. Worth every penny.

great value for the quality
Packaging was a recycled card box no plastic at all, and the whole thing went in the paper recycling. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before. The pleated midi skirt came with a small bag of matching thread and two spare buttons, which is the sort of thing that buys loyalty.
