Irelandthe collar on the silk scarf holds its shape after washing because there is a proper fsed interlining in there. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. I am 5'3" and the petite length on the ribbed knit jumper meant no hemming, which has never happened to me online before.
United KingdomI asked for the sleeves to be checked before dispatch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, and they actually did it and said so in the note. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. I have recommended them to four colleagues and two have since ordeerd the corduroy shirt on the strength off it.
BelgiumZonnebloemzaden zijn flink opgekomen, bijna alles ontkiemd. Gekozen vanwege de duidelijke uitleg op het zakje.
FinlandThe lining is cupro rather than the usal slippery polyester, so it does not cling in warm weather. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. Asked about the drop between chest and waist on the pleated midi skirt and got a reply with actual measurements for three sizes within the hour. Faultless.
FranceLe blender broie la glace sans forcer et se nettoie en trente scondes. Le service client a ete aimable et reactif. Je recommande sans hesiter.
IndiaHems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. The jersey t-shirt three-pack came with a small bag of matching thread and two spare buttons, which is the sort of thing that buys loyalty. Keep doing what you are doing.
South AfricaThey let me swap a size over the phone while the parcel was still at the depot and it went out the same evening. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. Exactly what I hoped for.
United KingdomThey sent a swatch card free when I asked which of two shades would sit better with navy. No handlling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. packaging was a recycled card box, no plastic at all, and the whole thing went in the paper recycling.
United KingdomI ordered the denim jacket in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turned out to be exact, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss. they flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. The collar on the jersey t-shirt three-pack holds its shape after washing because there is a proper fused interlining in there.
MexicoTan pronto, gracias.
