third time ordering

They sent a swatch card free when I asked which of two shades would sit better with navy. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. The collar on the quilted gilet holds its shape after washing because there is a proper fused interlining in there. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. No stiff finish on the fabric, so it did not need two washes before it was wearable. Highly recommended.

second order, same quality

I am 5'3" and the petite length on the silk scarf meant no hemming, which has never happened to me online before Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. I am a hard fit through the shoulders and the cut on the waterproof parka is the first one in years that has not pulled across the back.

Asked about the drop between chest and waist on the denim jacket and got a reply with actual measurements for three sizes within the hour. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong which is the highest compliment I can pay. Nothing but good things to say tbh

perfect fit first time

Packaging was a recycled card box, no plastic at all, and the whole thing went in the paper recycling. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. Zip runs smoothly from end to end with one hand and does not catch on the storm flap.

small shop, big service

washed the silk scarf at thirty degrees eight times now and it has not shrunk a millimetre against my own tape measure. No plastiic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering.

I ordered the tailored blazer in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turned out to be exact, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 9. I asked for the sleeves to be checked before dispatch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, and they actually did it and said so in the note. Pleased I took the chance.

The wool overcoat has deep pockets that fit a phone and keys without gaping, which sounds minor until you own twenty things that do not, they sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. i have reccomended them to four colleagues and two have since ordered the corduroy shirt on the strength off it.
