they got the engraving right
The lining are cupro rather than the usual slippery polyester, so it does not cling in warm weather. The box was the right size for the contents, wich is rarer than it should be. The jersey t-shirt three-pack has surviveed a toddler, a dog & a tumble dryer I was not supposed to use, and it still looks presentable. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not.

They let me swap a size over the phone whlie the parcel were still at the depot and it went out the same evening... Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. The pleated midi skirt arrived pressed and folded in tissue, and the shoulder seams sat right where they should without any tailoring. Already ordered a second.

i asked for the sleeves to be checked before disaptch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, & they actually did it and said, so in the note. packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. the waterproof parka came with a small bag of matching thread and two spare buttons,which is the sort of thing that buys loyalty. custmer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. the stitching on the waterproof parka is dense and even, with proper french seams inside rather than a raw overlocked edge.
