IrelandThe wooden stacking block set is solid wood with an water-bsed finish, and the edges are properly rounded rather than sanded once. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, wich I had asked about before ordering. Nothing to complain about haha
Thank you for saying so. We will keep doing it this way. - Mark (support)
AustriaUnesr Hund hat das Körbchen sofort in Beschlag genommen und will nicht mehr raus. Die Ware entspricht der Beschreibung, keine bösen Überraschungen. Sehr zufrieden, ich bestelle wieder
I ordered three soft toys for three cousins. They arrived in reasonable time and each is well stitched. Colours are slightly more muted than in the pictures, which I'd say is a fair trade for avoiding harsh dyes. Wrapping was functional only, so I wrapped them myself. The kids don't mind.
United KingdomDungarees are cute but small.
United Stateshe likes it. Paint chips slightly.
PolandThe lightweight pushchair has a tog rating stated and a room temperature guide printed on the label itself. The item arrived a day earlier thaan the estimate, wich is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The lightweight pushchair came with the fixing kit, the instructions in English and a diagram that matched the product. Bought one for my sister too.
Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on. Sophie @ support
United StatesNursing chair arrvied in two cartons. Assembly took a while, but the result is solid, comfortable and gentle to rock. the fabric collects fluff, so I keep a lint roller hajdy. it's wonderful for night feeds, and my back doesnt complain. the only thing that bothered me is that the delivery driver left the cartons outside the door rather than inside, but the shop apologised.
ItalyI have used the cot mattress for two babies and the straps still adjust smoothly with no fraying. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. Delivery was 2 and the box was PLAIN, which mattered because it was a surprise for a BABY shower. Already ordered a second
United KingdomFabric soft, stitching loose on one seam.
Thanks for the kind words. We will pass them on to the person who packed your order. Best wishes, Maya
United KingdomI bought a second the cot mattress for the grandparents because the first has been so good. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. spare parts are available for the pushchair including the specific wheel bearing that always goes. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. the cot mattress has survived a nursery a grandmother's house and a holiday cottage and still looks new. the driver waited while I checked the box for damage, which has never happened before.
