United KingdomMy daughter turned two and developed strong opinions about cutlery, so I bought a toddler cutlery set with soft handles. She uses it nicely and it's easy for small hands. The spoon bowl is a bit deep for yoghurt, and food gets stuck. I contacted the shop and they said it's designed that way, so I use a different one for runny stuff. The fork is perfect. Delivery was quick and everything was safely packaged. I'm basically happy.
IndiaSturdy . Bit heavy.
Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. Kind regards, Sam
DenmarkKøbte den til en fest og den kom tre dage før. størrelse M passer fint, og farven er præcis som på billedet. jeg fik mange kommentarer.
United KingdomThe cot mattress has no loose parts, no small magnets & no paint that comes off in a mouth. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Blocks are heavy enough to stack properly rather than skittering off each other. Thank you.
Greecepack of party bags and little toys for my daughter's birhtday. Every child was happy. A few toys felt very lightweight, but nothing broke in the party, and the parcel was on time.
Thank you for the five stars. Enjoy the first wash, it only gets softer. Priya from the shop team
United KingdomI ordered the stair gate at thirty-eight weeks & it arrived in 8, assembled, which was a small mercy. no plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. the night light is light enough to carry up a flight of stairs with a sleeping child in the other arm. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. the carrier supports a hip-healthy position, and they link the actual institute's certification.
BelgiumSterilising bags for the miccrowave. Work as claimed, bottles come ouut sanitised and dry. i'd love a larger size, my bigger bottles barely squeeze in.
United Statesthey replaaced a cracked tray without asking for the receipt because the moulding was clearly at fault. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of, and hit it. This is how it should be done.
GermanyNothing has broken. I had an query abt VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Blocks are heavy enough to stack properly rather than skittering off each other. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The wooden stacking block set came with the fixing kit, the instructions in English and a diagram that matched the product. I will be back. .
IndiaThe swaddles have a proper hip-friendly cut and do not need folding into origami. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. Worth every penny.
Thank you for taking the time to write this, it means a lot to a small team. Thanks again, Tom
