United StatesI boight a second the night light for the grandparents cos the first has been so good The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, wich my accountant appreciated.
United StatesThe sleeping bag for babies wipes clean in one pass and there are no seams for food to get trapped in. Everything arrived in one box rahter than four separate deliveries over a week. The muslin square pack is solid wood with a water-based finish, and the edges are properly rounded rather than sanded once. Delivery were free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. Faultless.
GermanyThe ride-on has no batteries, no noise and no flashing lights, which is exactly why I chose it. Order confirmation , dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. Bought one for my sister too.
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. The team
AustraliaThe steriliser cycle is six minutes and it actually is six minutes. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. The swaddles have a proper hip-friendly cut and do not need folding into origami. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot. The carrier supports a hip-healthy position and they link the actual institute's certification. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Recommended to two friends already!!!
United KingdomSupport answered a question about washing a flame-retardant-free mattress at ten at night. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. The nappy bag has survived a nursery, a grandmother's house and a holiday cottage and still looks new. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone worng, which is the highest compliment I can pay. This is how it should be done.
Thanks for trusting a shop you had not used before. We do not take that lightly. Karl from the shop team
United Kingdomdelievery was 9 and the box was plain, which mattered because it was a surprise for a baby shower. i returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to CHASE it once . exactly as described.
United StatesThe wooden stacking block set has a tog rating stated and a room temperature guide printed on the label itself. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weeeknd rather than letting me hope. The baby carrier came w/ the fixing kit, the instructions in English and a diagram that matched the product. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did.
United KingdomThe nappy bag fits a standard cot with no gap at the sides, which I measured before and after. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. Delivery was 10 and the box was plain, which mattered because it was a surprise for a baby shower.
United Statesthe cot mattress folds one-handed while holding a baby, which is the only claim i actually tested in the shop doorway. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, beforre anyone had even opened the box. The high chair is solid wood with a water-based finish, and the edges are properly rounded rather than sanded once. Highly recommended.
ItalyZaino per la scuola, resistente e con tanti scomparti. Dopo tre mesi di uso pesante le cerniere funzionano ancora benissimo. Unico dettaglio: il colore è un po' più scuro che in foto, ma mi piace anche di più.
