i have been through four bottles of the vitamin C serum and the texture and smell have been identical each time, which says something about their batching. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. Would buy again tomorrow.

Ordered three items. Two are favourites, the third (a tinted balm) is too sheer for me. Support was lovely when I asked about swapping, they just said keep it and try the deeper colour for a discount next time. I'd order again.
