They publish the batch date and an use-by on every bottle, so I know how old the active is. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. Delighted.

Le pyjama est tout doux et a bien supporté les lavages à quarante degrés. Expédition rapide, le jour même de la commande. Un léger retard de livraison, sinon rien à dire. Parfait pour moi, je recommande.

I like the cleanser but it needs a flannel to come off properly, which is not mentioned anywhere. The confirmation email went to spam, so I spent a day thinking the order had failed. The mineral sunscreen does what it claims, although the glass bottle is heavy and I have nearly dropped it in the shower twice. Returns portal needed an order number in a format that does not match the one on my invoice. The hand cream is good but the lid is not a proper seal and mine has dried slightly around the rim.
