Brazilnervous about switching
My old pressure cooker gave up after ten years so I was wary of changing. The 6 litre one has a clear manual and the lid locks with a proper click. First stew was done in forty minutes.

I collect handmade-style mugs. This one has a thumb rest, a slightly uneven glaze, and holds a lot of tea. Perfect.

United Statesbig box, small price
Got a twenty piece food storage set and expected a few lids not to fit. Every single lid matched, snaps tight and doesn't leak soup in my bag. Delivered on a Saturday morning, which is when I asked for it.

IrelandThe handles on the electric kettle stay cool…....
The handles on the electric kettle stay cool enough to grab without a cloth, which the listing claimed and I did not believe. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. I have put the espresso grinder through a house move, a rental kitchen and two sets of tenants and it is unmarked. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The pedal bin is heavier than the cheap version I replaced and that weight is exactly the point. Shall be a regular

United KingdomPacked properly in moulded pulp, not…
Packed properly in moulded pulp, not polystyrene, and every single piece of a sixteen-item order arrived intact. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. Everything nests properly so a twelve-piece set takes one shelf rather than three. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. I ordered the lnien duvet set on a Thursday evening and the courier left it in the porch on Saturday morning as instructed.
