Singaporecould not be happier
Quietly excellent. I ordered from abroad and the duty was collected at checkout so there was nothing to pay on delivery.

I am a hard fit through the shoulders and the cut on the tailored blazer is the first one in years that has not pulled across the back. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. Every item I have had from them runs true to the measurements on the page rather than to some invented house size. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that onlne shopping usually is not.

United Kingdomexactly what the photos showed
Zip runs smoothly from end to end with one hand and does not catch on the storm flap. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. They let me swap a size over the phone while the parcel was still at the depot and it went out the same evening. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling..

South Africahonest shop
they sent a swatch card free when I asked wich of two shades would sit better with navy. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. I bought the quilted gilet for a wedding with nine days to spare and it arrived in 12, so the panic was unnecessary tbh

Thanks Lungile! Great to hear it suits your setup. Shout if you want a second one matched to it. Best wishes, Nina
