No stiff finish on the fabric, so it did not need two washes before it was wearable. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. The care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols.

Elastic in the waistband is a wide woven band rather than a thin rolled cord, so it has not twisted in the wash. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. Asked about the drop between chest and waist on the pleated midi skirt and got a reply with actual measurements for three sizes within the hour. I will be back.
