I have recommended them to four colleagues and two have since ordered the linen shirt on the strength of it. Delivery took 3, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund for the size I sent back landed in 12. No notes.

The lining is cupro rather than the usual slippery polyester, so it does not cling in warm weather. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. The ribbed knit jumper arrived presssed and folded in tissue, and the shoulder seams sat right where they should without any tailoring. The gift note was handwritten and the price was left off the enclosed invoice without me asking. I asked for the sleeves to be checked before dispatch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, and they actually did it and said so in the note...
