Colour matches the photographs properly, which is rare; the mustard is actually mustard and not a washed-out beige. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage,which has never happened before. Every item I have had from them runs true to the measurements on the page rather than to some invented house size. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be worng in. Quietly excellent . The pleated midi skirt came with a small bag of matching thread and two spare buttons, which is the sort of thing that buys loyalty. I asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. The buttons are horn rather than moulded plastic, and there was a spare sewn into the inside of the placket.
